Creating a Coupa account for first time users

If this is your first time using Coupa, you will need to register for an account by following the below steps. A registration email from NexTier will be sent to your designated recipient of your choosing.

Click on the “Create your account” at the bottom of the page to begin the registration process.

To begin the registration, you will be prompted to:

Complete your first and last name.
Create and confirm the password.
Read and review the Privacy Policy and Terms of Use
If you accept these terms, click on the box (please note without accepting; you will not be able to create an account)
Click Submit
You will get a notice for Two-Factor Authentication. This is an extra means to secure your account.

To complete the account, fill in all required fields (notated by an asterisks):

Complete Phone Number, Country, Address, City, State and Zip code.
Add business website (if applicable) If your company does not have one; please check the box stating that you do not have one.
Enter Tax ID (If applicable). If your company does not have one; please check the box stating that you do not have one.
Add Duns Number (if applicable)

Complete your bill to Address (where your invoices will be coming from)
Preferred Language
Tax Country and Tax ID (if applicable)
Confirm and complete your Remit to Address
As well as your ship from address

If your company would like to be paid by Virtual Card, please check mark the box and add the email address where you would like to receive the encrypted email.
If your company does NOT accept cards, please check mark the appropriate box.
Customize your profile but adding Year established/preferred currency, company size, short description of your company, areas of service and any exemption certificates.
Please note, if you are adding any Diversity credentials, you will be prompted to add the certificate itself.

To complete the account creation, please add your industry and categories. If you provide multiples, please select the one that is sold the most to NexTier.
Account creation is completed.
