When heavy cement slurry exerts unsustainable pressure on the formation, the resulting loss of circulation can lead to wasted cement, poor zonal isolation, casing corrosion and HSE hazards. Our NexSet Lite and NexSet Foam cementing systems deliver high compressive strength and excellent zonal isolation at lower densities – to avoid lost circulation in the most unstable formations.
- NexSet Lite slurries are available in three fast-setting blends to accommodate a variety of wellbore conditions and operational requirements. Each of these formulations can be enhanced with additives to prevent gas migration, further inhibit lost circulation, or increase compressive strength:

NexBlock™ Resin
The ultimate sealant to create permanent barriers in harsh, difficult-to-access well environments.
Even microfine cements can’t penetrate many of the small fissures through which gases and fluids can flow. The resulting lack of well integrity can lead to catastrophic well failures, including blowouts. Our NexBlock resin provides a reliable, easy-to-apply solution to produce durable flow barriers that endure mechanical, chemical and thermal stresses for the life of the well.

NexBlock Iso
Specifically formulated to congeal NAF mud channels.
NexBlock ISO (isolation) technology is a high-performance cement additive that congeals any nonaqueous fluid (NAF) mud channels remaining behind the casing in horizontal wellbores. Left untreated, these channels can divert stimulation fluids into previously fractured stages, which leaves some reservoir sections untreated and unproductive.
